    Read about a long journey of this impressive dog breed towards to the south of Africa. Boerboels settled in what is now known as Cape Town together with first Dutch settlers; to be exact it was the Table Bay where they settled in. And the silhouette of the Tabel Mountain is a motive of our logo as well.

Kennel Assyrian Guard

My name is Miroslav Koláčný. I started cynology activities in 1980s with training of German Shephereds. However since 2003 I have been interested in Moloss Breeds only. At the very beginning I had a Dogue de Bordeaux and since 2012 I have been having Boerboels only. Moloss Breeds have enchanted me because of their nature, deliberation and character features.

And so that is that I set up the kennel called ASSYRIAN GUARD. I would like to be proud of improving the quality (both appeareance and nature) of Boerboel Breeding so as the Breed itself.
